Inactive or Overweight
This profile is for users that get no regular activity and consider themselves overweight. If your lifestyle has you sitting down most of the day and does not involve some sort of regular exercise, then you would fit within this category.

Active or Average Build
This profile is for users that get some sort of regular activity (30 minutes a day three to four days a week) or have an ctive lifestyle. This category is also for people that are naturally lean.

Very Active or Athletic
This profile is for users get extensive regular activity or are training for athletics. This profile covers those who are regularly active in Body Building, Athletics or that exercises 4 - 5 days a week for an hour or more a day.

Calorie Goal:
This is your Calorie Burn goal, or how many calories you would like to burn in a day. Setting this goal will allow you to use the track feature of your Calorie Tracker.
Body Fat Goal: %
This is your desired body fat percentage. Goals are optional, so you may leave either of these fields blank.
